Gnaww is a product of Jawwws Ltd. This page explains how we handle personal information submitted through the Gnaww website and Early Access services.

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, relationship to Gnaww, areas of interest, enquiry content and print or producer requirements submitted through Gnaww.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, operate Early Access workflows, understand buyer, producer and platform interest, review requirements, assess producer capability information, improve Gnaww and protect the service from misuse.

Marketing consent

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where you separately choose to receive Gnaww product news, Early Access information or relevant updates, we record that consent with your enquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you for marketing at any time.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers to operate the website and communicate with you. This includes Mailgun for transactional email and, where you consent, Google Analytics for website analytics.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics is optional and is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics through our cookie preferences. Analytics events may include non-personal classifications such as enquiry type, but we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, company names or message content to Google Analytics. Retention

We retain enquiry and Early Access information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected, including follow-up, product improvement, security and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including rights to access, correct or request deletion of information we hold about you.
